This gorgeous hand made fluffy tutus are made with three layered of soft and high quality tulle. Tutus waist are made from crochet elastic so it is very stretchy and comfortable for little one. These tutus are perfect for a photography studio, cake smash, flower girl,everyday wear dress up, birthday, weddings and other special occasions.
